Q. What is the The Foxworthy Store Return and Exchange Policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in new condition, for an exchange or refund. (Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate valid through our retail stores only. Include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. Use the return address label attached to the packing slip. Send package securely wrapped, insured and pre-paid. Any discount received will be forfeited if item is returned for credit.
